Why do they ask for "Judicial Overreach"?

They leave their responsibilities to courts. The court has to pass orders, which the state should do by itself. Then it is said there is interference and judicial overreach

The court findings are very interesting, very long though, leaving us gasping for breathe given the fact India has been known as a country where such stance of the judges are either suppressed or mocked at. Another noteworthy aspect is the grit of the judge to put the State in the dock !!!
